Graduate Part-Time Instructor
Introduction to Social Psychology (Fall 2023)
I prepared and taught my own course containing 40 students.
My course covered topics such as the self (self-concept, motives, and regulation), perceiving and judging other people (fundamental attribution error, schemas, priming, heuristics), emotion (components and expression), attitudes and persuasion (cognitive dissonance, attitude change), social influence (norms, conformity, etc.), relationships and attraction, stereotyping and prejudice, group psychology (social facilitation, group decision-making), aggression, altruism, and cooperation.

Introduction to Social Psychology (Spring 2021 & Spring 2023)
I attended lectures, held 2-hour office hours each week, coordinated and proctored special accommodation exams, and graded essay assignments on applying social psychology concepts to daily life.

Psychological Science I: Statistics (Fall 2021, Spring 2022, expected Spring 2024)
I taught two two-hour lab sections each week (a total of 80 students).
Topics covered included hypothesis testing, central tendency, normal distributions, z-scoring, distribution of sample means, variance, one/two-sample and repeated samples t-tests, correlation, regression, one/two-way ANOVA, and chi-squared testing.
Advanced Judgment and Decision-Making Seminar (Fall 2020)
I taught two two-hour lab sections each week (a total of 80 students).
I co-graded three exams and the final, weekly assignments, and my lab sections' final papers and presentations.
Topics covered included Bayes' theorem and conditional probability, individual differences in cognitive reflection, representative heuristic and conjunction fallacy, availability heuristic and Support Theory, hindsight bias, anchoring and adjustment heuristic, nudging, Prospect Theory, delay discounting, affect heuristic along with the application of topics in political polarization and human cooperation.
Advanced Research Methods in Social Psychology (Spring 2020)
I taught two two-hour lab sections each week (a total of 80 students).
I co-graded three exams, my lab sections' weekly assignments, and two APA papers.
Topics covered included how to be a critical research consumer, CITI training, introduction to R and RStudio, literature reviews, preparing a survey on Qualtrics, collecting data, analyzing data in R, writing an APA paper, and practicing oral presentations.
